Warm Welcome spaces have returned to Surrey for the fourth year, offering free hot drinks and socializing opportunities across more than 80 venues including community centers, church halls, and libraries. The initiative, organized by Surrey County Council, aims to support those impacted by cost of living challenges during the winter months. Councillor Mark Nuti highlighted the importance of these spaces in ensuring that individuals do not feel isolated or cold in their homes during the colder season.
