Some children from low-income families to get free transfer test tuition

A new centre in Belfast, Foodstock Education and Empowerment Centre, is offering free transfer test tuition for children from low-income families. Founded by Paul Doherty, the center aims to provide high-quality tuition and support to improve outcomes for disadvantaged children in the city. Backed by former world champion boxer Carl Frampton, the program will provide small group and one-to-one tuition to prepare students for the SEAG tests used by over 60 post-primary schools in Northern Ireland for admitting pupils into year eight.
