Libraries to host Halloween costume swap shops

Libraries in East Yorkshire to host Halloween costume swap shops until 19 October, where people can drop off unwanted spooky-themed items. Costumes will be available for collection from 20 October to 2 November at various branches including Bridlington Central, Withernsea, Haltemprice, and others. Librarian Jess McCarthy encourages participation, highlighting the event's environmental benefits and community engagement.
